★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very reasonably priced, clean and very tidy sandwich shop just in the mid section of the famous local street food place called Lane 30. Not only is he very courageous for putting up the only western sandwich shop on the street, but its a real joy to have something not so complicated to chew on. At least for those that enjoy some good truck food, But to be really truthful, a cuban has swiss, pickles, mustard, ham and pulled pork and what I ate was like a roast beef French Dip, without the au jus. Bonnie had the chicken burger au grande and that was a 6 inch thick assortment of lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken.
I will definitely be heading out there again and look forward to a good sandwich because , there is a ice cream sundae shop which is next on my list of carefully critiqued fine dining in the heart of the high-end city center and 101 of Xinyi District.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my fiends recommends this place. Visited in an early afternoon during week day, quite empty in the shop but they are busy for take out orders. Ordered couple sandwiches and I personally got a beef one. The beef is a bit too chewy for me and I think maybe adding a bit more spices will bring out more flavor. My friend tried the classic poke with double cheese and think it’s not too bad. We also got a deep fried chicken but I think you can skip this item.

Compared to American ?? Sandwiches, don’t get your hopes up.
These taste very “Taiwanese”-style…
(Basically, overly sweet bread, not salty or flavorful enough meat inside)
Honestly, I’m Disappointed. And yet; it’s so popular with the local folk….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some sandwiches to go from foodpanda and we liked the Cuban sandwich a lot. The burger was alright and the philly cheese steak was the most disappointing. Overall the price is really good for the area. Highly recommend the Cuban pork sandwich.
