時間觀念很有問題的保養廠 有預約,換機油而已….說預估2.5-3小時! 結果還是超時= =然後服務人員態度還很差 阿不就還好後面行程還有抓緩衝,不然就因為你們沒有時間觀念而又耽誤其他人事? 有夠雷

我納智捷已買了7年,第一次到這家思源路納智捷保養廠保養,幾個月前的一個上午預約去保養,我只是自己帶機油去換機油兼保養(我想這次的特殊經驗的重點就是在自己帶機油去), 廠裏的接待人員收車後,我便跟以往在其他家保養廠保養一樣將車子放在保養廠後,基於以往對保養廠的信任,就先回家休息,然後下午就接到接待員打來的電話說車子這裏壞,那裡壞,總共還要增加2-3萬元 的更換材料及維修費,這完全是黑箱作業,我人都無法在現場看技師操作的情形,下午回到保養廠後經過與技師討論,就先讓他作保養的部分,其他的項目改天再換,便先將車子開回家,牽車後我才發現車子的環景前鏡頭被動了手腳,原本是清析的鏡頭,保養後變為模糊的鏡頭,打電話去問,直接跟我說那是用久了模糊的,後來也發現冷器繼電器也被換掉成其他廠牌,造成冷氣時冷時不冷,找別家保養廠檢查才知道是被換了其他廠牌的繼電器, 另外當時還語帶威脅說必需更換引擎腳否則會如何如何....,而且輪胎,分電器等等也都要換新的,之後我找其他家保養廠檢查,說根本還可以不用換,我想說是不是只是因為我自己帶機油去保養沒有用他們家的機油,就得到這麼特殊的待遇,還是他們為了作業績,都是這樣對去保養的車主的,本來是想息事寧人,但懷疑其他人是否也有同樣的遭遇,才會分享出來,給參考,他們廠裏可能工作人員也有良莠不齊,只能自求多福
