毫無誠信可言,機票說改就改完全不顧消費者感受,還有那永遠打不進去電話,永遠都不會進步,以後不會在搭乘此航班

起飛前兩天更改起飛時間,我們無法配合需要更改班次。結果電話怎麼打都沒人接,也無法透過網路更改。因為獨佔離島航班所以可以這樣完全不顧旅客權益嗎。要到金門的人要三思,華信真的很爛

華信客服是相當優秀的,一般來說航空的不確定性遠大於地面交通如高鐵,所以航空公司的客服會遇到眾多票務的問題,但我遇到的客服回應得體而且迅速,所以我給華信的客服滿分。

客服電話完全打不進去,然後退票後無法在官網查詢退票資訊(退票手續費等),然後退票手續費收據跟我說要10個工作天才會寄送,真的是爛得一批。 5/20申請退票,6/6才收到退票收據,然後到今天6/7還沒刷退,真的是慢得要命,人家立榮航空馬上就退費了?

國內航班華信航空服務態度超爛!! 行李箱被摔壞值班的男性服務員只想用600折價卷打發、最後處理方式是先用膠帶黏、改天再來收行李箱去維修,那不是算我衰!! 處理過程態度也不佳! 真的下次不會再做這爛公司的班機了! 嚇傻~

My flight with another airline was cancled. So i tried to get a ticket at the mandarin desk. However he would not sell, said i had to buy online. So i go online and only flights for tomorrow are shown. I hope your flight was empty and cost you.....dont want my money, i dont need.your service..
