花了近五千塊燙直, 換來一頭澎澎稻草~ 設計師有提到說髮尾可能會"有點毛"~但~不毛~而是很澎. 超失望....

今天沒有指定設計師 先被領到座位等候 等待滑手機過程 突然有一位設計師伸手抓了一下我的髮尾 問我今天想要怎麼剪 或許是我髮質枯燥覺得抓那一下蠻大力的 雖然有點唐突但也可能是我誤會了 向設計師表示想修髮尾與剪瀏海 洗頭環節都很順利沒問題 直到剪髮過程 一開始設計師拿了一張短髮的瀏海照片 (那張照片我有儘量找相似的附圖) 問我「瀏海像照片這樣可以嗎?」 「髮尾大概修短五公分」 我直接答應 過程感受到設計師梳髮的手勁很大 上夾感覺是想夾緊所以貼著頭皮刮 前面過程有聊天所以不會不愉快 直到剪瀏海的過程一刀下去直接眉上 然後問我「長度可以嗎?」 說好要跟照片一樣的 都剪到眉上了還能怎麼樣? 照片中的瀏海明顯長度從近頭頂開始延伸 設計師給予我的是從髮際線的短瀏海 接著剪了瀏海後設計師發現我原先的分線髮量較少 才開始拿水噴加上吹風機把分線整平 一開始不是都會先觀察然後悉知客人習慣嗎⋯ 剪瀏海前已經有修過髮尾 設計師處理完瀏海後又開始修髮尾 因為與設計師事先展示給我看的尺寸又不同 尋問這是不是已經超過說好的五公分了 然後設計師說此步驟只是修齊 不停的說長度沒有變以及撥弄展示 後來請設計師將頭吹直就好 感受到的是把力道偏大把頭髮的往上拉 然後再甩到我的眼睛夾起來 然後就這樣隨性的讓我的髮尾蓋著我的臉跟眼睛 不只一次 在瀏海環境已經失去信心了 後來又把髮尾剪的出乎意料 表達我的想法只是想溝通 卻屢遭否認 後來設計師每一次問我「可以嗎?」 我都皺著眉頭不知道怎麼回答 一句句的「可以嗎?」是真的想聽我的想法嗎? 我一週只有一天下午五點後有空 因為時間不穩定就沒有先預約習慣的設計師 趕過來剪髮擔心耽誤設計師下班 今天我離開時間是晚上七點 現在我要花更多時間把頭髮留長 用其他時間去外面找其他設計師修改我的頭髮 花時間寫這篇評論分享給店家與其他消費者 設計師很令人欽佩 觸及到人的就是半個服務業 需要在意消費者的感受及需求 謝謝

去找Amy挑染 但設計師同時服務太多客人 染髮基本上是助理完成的 助理似乎出錯然後由另外一個助理來補救 設計師一直在忙別的客人 偶爾過來看一下 打薄還在用打薄剪也蠻令我意外 整個染髮看起來非常生硬 跟開始設計師給的圖片有點差距 老實說這個收費(線條染近七千)這樣的品質小失望 還有明明是疫情期間一直要求客人脫口罩 旁邊還有其他客人在咳嗽 真的很不妥
