效率慢到爆
同一張卡開了兩張 還問我為什麼有兩張卡
傻眼，我怎麼知道你們內部怎麼溝通的
承辦人員每個問題都要問主管跟同事 訓練顯然極度不足
填寫資料的時候也是只說要勾什麼，也沒有任何解釋，會讓人很多疑惑。
最後都填好簽好又突然說又遺漏要確認的文件要簽
，也完全沒解釋怎麼開卡，全都要靠自己摸索。
索性想換個日幣也是抽了卡等窗口叫號，站在那邊等了5分鐘看到窗口兩個外匯承辦人員在聊天也完全沒有要叫號的意思，聊完就不知道跑去哪裡等了超級久也沒出現。
3分鐘就結束的業務，貴行的效率實在有待加強

If I wanted to change the Japanese currency, I took my card and waited for the number to be called at the window. I stood there and waited for 5 minutes to see the two foreign exchange contractors chatting at the window. It hasn't appeared for a long time.
For the business that ends in 3 minutes, the efficiency of your bank really needs to be improved
