只是去拿一個金融卡 承辦人員弄了快20分鐘 效率慢到爆 同一張卡開了兩張 還問我為什麼有兩張卡 傻眼,我怎麼知道你們內部怎麼溝通的 承辦人員每個問題都要問主管跟同事 訓練顯然極度不足 填寫資料的時候也是只說要勾什麼,也沒有任何解釋,會讓人很多疑惑。 最後都填好簽好又突然說又遺漏要確認的文件要簽 ,也完全沒解釋怎麼開卡,全都要靠自己摸索。 索性想換個日幣也是抽了卡等窗口叫號,站在那邊等了5分鐘看到窗口兩個外匯承辦人員在聊天也完全沒有要叫號的意思,聊完就不知道跑去哪裡等了超級久也沒出現。 3分鐘就結束的業務,貴行的效率實在有待加強

One of the few banks in Taiwan that have a foreigner friendly ebanking website. I opened my first account here upon arrival in Taiwan. Not too many benefits though (ATM withdrawals and transfers)

Not for general folks. I don’t say customer because they treat like it’s crime and cheating to ask much more than KYC principles for just ‘open account’. Not about NCC. It’s ur biz not govt.
