電話客服跟我說臨櫃可以辦理，卻偏叫我自己到電腦用網銀，還多扣手續費（電話客服說臨櫃免手續）超、級、懶、又爛

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天我自己打電話，才告知金融卡尚未寄出……你們中台中分行到底是怎麼作業的，都過了快半個月，也該跟客人確認一下吧！把我之前對你們的好印象完全顛覆。
今天去開戶，警衛&服務人員很快速的幫我辦理，大約10-15分鐘就弄好，還親切的協助，讓我能在附近的分行領取卡片，非常優良。

I went to open an account today. The guards & service staff quickly helped me handle it. It took about 10-15 minutes to get it done and kindly helped me to pick up the card at a nearby branch. It was excellent.

舊卡在身邊立馬失去效用
說好了到分行會通知領取又沒消沒息
打了客服才有人來電告知
不能代領卡要排休，卡面又不是最新的網頁主打卡面…覺得就這樣吧

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦理薪轉開戶問一大堆就算了，因為也蠻多家都這樣，但問的口氣也太差了吧，問我為什麼要到這邊開戶，我說「因為我公司在附近啊」，他說「當天不能給妳金融卡欸」，我說「我知道啊我可以來拿，我公司就在旁邊」，然後一直鬼打牆問我幹嘛來這邊開戶。
隔天我到其他分行辦理開戶，沒有問一大堆，金融卡也當天就給我了。
It’s okay to ask a lot of questions about the salary transfer account opening, because many people do this, but the tone of the question is too bad.
