而已我說明數位銀行密碼遺失來這辦理重設，結果卻給我辦金融卡密碼重設，也沒問清楚金融卡密碼是否忘記或鎖卡，白白浪費時間；後來還是問警衛才處理好，只能說無奈

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很感謝人員很幫忙辦理開戶，問一堆資訊這我能理解，但沒說清楚補件資料要薪轉戶，不能在上班地點附近開戶已經夠火，又沒講清楚要什麼資料，只說有錢的帳戶就好，多跑了一趟就算了，mail過去還說資料不足，我都飽了。
不過只是要開個戶，搞得這麼麻煩，不開又不行不然公司怎麼轉薪水給我啊，氣死了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為大戶頭1.1%利息，前去開戶，沒想到花了兩個多小時等待跟辦理，開完才發現不是大戶頭...也沒法補救...說要過三個月才能再開...三個月後也才剩一個月有優惠了......不知道這兩個小時是為了什麼⋯⋯⋯⋯警衛人很親切熱心。
