★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 許多評論都已經指出這個分行是一個很糟糕的銀行,實際在這邊來了幾次,要不是因為非來不可,根本就不想要來,尤其是今天的2號櫃檯行員,身材極為福態的年輕女子,態度之差是我出生以來僅見!除了祝福以外,我獻出了參與Google在地嚮導計畫以來的第一次一顆星!恭喜博愛分行,雖然真的不值得被評一顆星,但是為了要寫 所以只好送你一個。
昨天臨時有事又來了這個銀行,時間是2018年的5月4號,來之前已經打了很多通電話但是服務台都沒人接,進去後跟保全聊了一下,保全也是一位蠻親切的人,但赫然發現他的位子被一個女行員霸佔,從我進去到離開,那個女行員都一直在滑手機。實在有夠誇張!

服務也完全不行,行員有一位,活脫脫就是官僚樣版,趾高氣昂指使客人,講話大聲又粗俗,好像這裡是菜市場。
官股銀行思維停留在20年前,每次來還以爲時間倒流,沒成長阿非常沒救的銀行。
已經使用的人要轉移很麻煩偶爾氣一次就算了,但奉勸要成為新客戶的人真的要三思…
