雖然環境很好，人也親切和善，但對於動物診斷隨便，對於初次見面的動物連觸診都沒，隔天確認根本誤診，在動物性命危急的時候完全不可原諒。另外費用也超高，如果醫療品質好也就算了，但並沒有。去過這麼多動物醫院，絕對是列為拒絕往來戶。 更新：不覺得您當天有掌握什麼狀況，動物現在也得到了非常適當的治療，除了讓我花錢學到教訓以外，我想您無法提供任何幫助。

感受不到對動物的疼愛，以及對飼主的同理。儘管醫術再好，也不會再踏進！

對於疾病無策略 治療後的飲食亦方向錯誤 醫療行為後的醫囑都是護理師傳達 很難與醫生進行討論（感覺醫生時間寶貴） 比其他醫院還要昂貴的收費，卻沒有等同的品質 非常失望……

如果你家狗狗很膽小，絕對要來這裡找陳院長！ 雖然收費微高，但是院長的愛心及專業無價。 不需要吃藥的問題，避免增加狗狗器官的負擔不會為了賺錢硬開藥出來讓狗狗吃。

Doctor Chen not only is a good doctor with great technical skills, but he also shows a genuine concern for the well-being of animals. He takes all the time that's necessary for the pets to relax and patiently answers every question.

The doctor is very patient and nice. My cat was feeling relaxed while the whole examination. The environment is clean and bright. I have been there only once but I think I will stick with this hospital. Make reservation in advance is required. Mar 2019 Update: My cat has been doing health check annually since 2017. This year the x-ray shows he has a tumor inside and one of his kidney shutdown already, one became bigger to share the work loading. His kindey and bladder are full of stones too, even the ureter has stones. The vet said his blood test seems normal, only need to check that tumor. I booked a week later for the surgery and asked for price. They didn't tell me until the day before the surgery despite being repeatedly asked. The price was incredibly high. So I cancelled it and go to another vet. They told me that bigger kidney will threnten his life soon. So they suggested to make an by-pass tube from kidney to bladder. Because if the ureter went fully blocked. He will die in no time. I am angry at this first vet, Chen didn't tell me about this and I know they charge more than many of other vets. I won't come here again and I suggest you don't neither. My husband's comments are not as polite. He says they deserve zero stars..or less.
