如果人手不足，請不要也接外送平台的訂單，我等了快一個小時才拿到我的飲料。
店員真的很辛苦，他們動作也盡量加快了，
但無奈只有三個人，訂單一堆，
不只要安撫現場等待的客人，也還要接受外送人員的怒火，辛苦了！

拿到飲料搖晃倒看封膜處沒有珍珠，當下反應後，店員有幫忙重新加珍珠。到家開喝，吸了一口照理來說應該要飽滿的口感，珍珠大概只有幾顆…傻眼…
更傻眼是大正紅茶拿鐵喝起來跟水一樣，我點微糖是無糖的口感…完全不是印象中的那杯「珍珠大正紅茶拿鐵」花了$55塊不如去隔壁7-11買礦泉水。

Even more dumbfounded is that Taisho black tea latte tastes like water. I ordered a little sugar and it tastes sugar-free... It's not the "Pearl Taisho Black Tea Latte" I remember. It cost $55 to go to the 7-11 next door to buy mineral water. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員就一直對單裝忙旁邊的飲料都堆積成山了才要一杯一杯慢慢給是不是，飲料做好就不能先給嗎？馬的做好的飲料每一杯都被放了10分鐘冰塊都融化了才在那邊慢慢給。一定要在那邊摸魚就對了，拜託你們好不好，難怪這家評分爛的要死。其他家都不會這樣就你們最雷，真衰。

最近喝的每一杯拿鐵飲料都超淡，到底是有沒有在加牛奶啊？

然後那麼多客人時，等了40分鐘就算了，把做好的飲料放到後面幹嘛？
又等了超久，也不叫號，速度又慢
然後我問我的飲料好了沒，才又去後面拿過來，這個邏輯是怎樣？

排隊等點餐，店員忙完回到櫃檯不說話只會看著客人讓人不知道到底能不能開口，第一次不知道可以點了，店員瞬間又跑去忙，忙完第二次回到櫃檯一樣不說話，我趕快開口免得等第三次！
買了芋圓芋泥鮮奶，完全沒有喝到芋圓，芋泥也少的可憐，根本在喝鮮奶！如果料都賣完沒有了，請告知客人改喝別的，不是用這種方式！要喝鮮奶我去隔壁全家自己買就可以了，不用麻煩不理人的櫃檯，要不是電影已經開演後打開喝才發現，不然一定回去換！
