直到9/2號當天早上9:32回覆說今日確認後會在回覆。
到了下班17:59分還是我主動聯絡對方到底今天晚上有沒有要約，我都一直強調我還要跟別人確認時間。
業務從頭到今日17:51都完全沒有任何聯絡電話。
服務人員的品質有很大的問題，信用不是最重要的嗎？

The quality of service personnel has big problems. Is credit not the most important?
