★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這兒的人行道比較窄，下班時分，人一多，就顯得擁擠。以前有銀行的同事住這邊，我們還去過她的家，現在的這一帶比當年熱鬧得多。
但聽說這一兩年，民生東路沿線的店租，降得蠻快的，不曉得是什麼原因。
The sidewalk here is relatively narrow, and when it is off work, when there are more people, it seems crowded. In the past, some bank colleagues lived here, and we have been to her home. This area is much more lively than it was then.
But I heard that in the past two years, the rents along the Minsheng East Road have dropped quite fast, and I don’t know why.
