今日初次到貴店欲消費洗髮項目 首先進門後現場工作人員完全沒打招呼不說 在等待區坐了許久全場人員不聞不問 到後來才過來接應詢問消費項目 雖然當下現場忙碌 但至少先告知需要等多少時間的意願都沒有 好不容易帶到位子上了 詢問完消費項目之後 便繼續像沒了後續的等待 前前後後過了將近半小時的時間 不耐煩的情形之下便問了一位設計師 請問還須要等很久嗎? 這時設計師先問:你有在趕時間嗎?之後才告知因人手不足當下沒辦法幫我服務 想請問 貴店是否把客人的時間 當作理所當然的讓貴店安排使用 若真的沒人手為何不告知? 接應的設計師最後回了一句:想說都幫你做安排了... 設計師...無論你資歷多久 這就是你們的待客之道嗎? 這種經營模式真的令人不敢恭維 更不用說專業不專業了 連基本的告知尊中彼此的時間都做不到 想必貴店的服務應該沒什麼值得期待的 謝謝
