目前上過4堂課覺得師資很優秀.除了別於以往一般瑜珈教室的感受也讓我有靜心調整自己的感受.有點感動.員工的服務也很親切.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口不在道禾墊唷！是在建築主體右側，有電梯可以直達二樓，一靠近就會有指標！
二樓還有easyoga 實體店面，東西很有質感，有需要的人也可以來看看！
沐心環境設計的寬廣舒適，踏入這個空間，彷彿心就靜了下來！ 每個老師都是精選過的，體驗了幾堂不同老師的教學，很有品質，而且不用擔心跟不上，引導呼吸跟動作解說，對我而言都很有收穫！
整體來說是可以沐浴心靈的空間。
The entrance is not in Daohedian! It is on the right side of the main body of the building. There is an elevator that can go directly to the second floor. There will be indicators as soon as you approach!
There is also an easyoga physical store on the second floor. The things are very textured, and those in need can also come and see!
Muxin's environment is designed to be spacious and comfortable. When you step into this space, your heart seems to calm down! Each teacher has been selected, and I have experienced several teachings from different teachers. They are very high-quality, and I don’t have to worry about not being able to keep up. Guided breathing and movement explanations are very rewarding for me!
Overall, it is a space that can bathe the soul.

I came to do the singing bowl sound therapy today. It was very relaxing and healing. I immediately fell into an unprecedented deep sleep. After waking up, I felt comfortable and the environment was warm. It is a good place to wash my body and mind in the urban jungle. I recommend it!
