The staff is friendly. They do not speak a great deal of English but they try hard to make sure they get everything right.

As others have noted, it can at times be difficult to find a seat, as they are often occupied by students with their computers or groups of local elderly people congregating over tea and food they bring from outside. Also worth noting is the dining area could be a lot cleaner.
