★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人員態度，跟之前的人員或是日曜相比之下，只能說不予置評，線與殼一直以來都用你們家的，品質又沒比較好，以這個價位還有其它品牌可以選擇！

I bought Moshi's tablet protective case and pen case. The quality is very good. The clerk is very kind and proactive in service. The protective case has a variety of folding methods. The clerk also patiently explained the demonstration. The service attitude is very good. When you buy other products, you will also want to come to Moshi Qinmei store to spend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直以來因為moshi的品質跟有誠意的十年保固，成為忠實客戶，所有iphone, ipad, apple pencil,mac的周邊，前前後後買了moshi 十幾樣商品，也都跟身邊果粉大力推薦moshi，這麼多年來總共只換過兩次商品
因為離勤美近都是去勤美店。
兩次都被刁難，
第一次是充電線感應不良，
被說線材應該早點來換，不是有使用痕跡了才來（標榜保固十年，用1-2年壞掉不能換所以應該3個月固定去換一次？）
不過這次唸完有給換就算了。
第二次是手機殼背後突起（非摔傷或磨損或泡水），被說不能換，因為使用安全沒有問題（正常使用自己凸起來的卻不給換；還是我應該摔爛再去換）。
改去其他店，二話不說直接給換。我立馬順便再買一條快充線以示支持
真的不懂的勤美店在刁難跟不乾脆什麼的，
一樣喜歡moshi但是不會再去也完全不推薦勤美店
