★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老宅咖啡，位在苗栗價格其實真的偏高，咖啡品項150-200左右，穀片布丁超級綿密，好吃且值得，肉桂捲的肉桂味比較淡，完全沒有記憶點⋯拿鐵滿順口好喝，花果冰釀雖然味道很香但是真的太淡了很可惜！

The cinnamon flavor of the cinnamon rolls is relatively weak, and there is no memory point at all... The latte is full of smoothness. It's delicious. 老闆和員工稍微冷漠些，但整體環境氣氛還不錯，店內沒有過多的裝潢，保有老宅的斑剝氛圍，很好拍照！咖啡甜點品項價格稍微偏貴，味道尚可普普通通，可惜餐點沒什麼記憶點和特色。
