A local beef noodle shop that is clean and orderly. Service is good. A price on the higher side. Noodles are smooth and chewy at the same time. Yummy..? the soup can be more flavorful. Portion is a bit small.

Their Chinese beef burrito is the best one I have ever tasted, the beef noodles soup is really good, I love their “Jinbing” which you can order beef or pork then wrapped inside, the restaurant is of the Taipei Michelin Restaurant.

One of the best beef noodle places in Taipei for sure! The beef tenders are so good that they leave an aromatic aftertaste. The thick shredded noodles go better as they come with more textures whereas the thin noodles are more plain and look like machine-made. Go for the clear broth to taste the authenticity!

Has been in business many years, recommended by Michelin and became even more popular. The beef tendons were pretty good, from Australia. Combined with local beef, the soup base was too beefy for my taste. The soy paste noodles was average. The pancakes were of good texture. The sides dishes were so so, quite salty. Overall, one word, average!

Good broth, good service and fair price. Could be better if it offers different size of the bowls for choice.

One of fav beef noodle soup restaurants in Taipei. Super tasty soup, tender meats, homemade noodles. Not a fancy restaurant but foodwise definitely deserve Michelin rating. Service is great as well. Absolutely recommended if you enjoy Taiwanese beef noodle soups.

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. Had the half meat half tendon soup with thick noodles. The noodles are handmade and perfect. Nice bouncy chewiness. The portion of meat and tendons is generous. The pieces of meat however are not as tender as I expected. I like some texture to meat sometimes but I prefer tender meat with this dish. 1 tendon was a bit undercooked ( not ideally soft ). The owner ( I guess it's the owner ) spoke great English and was very nice and helpful. She also asked me how the meal was. This is the first time so far this happened to me in a beef noodle restaurant in Taipei. I said everything was great but 1 piece of tendon was a bit hard. She took it well and told me to tell the staff next time that I want all pieces to be soft. Fair enough. The broth is beefy and I like the balance of flavours. I added a bit of white vinegar and white pepper to my broth. Serving staff was an old lady who was very friendly. Paid 250 NTD. Worth a visit if you're in the area.
