早就安排好的開刀手術，按照預計時間下午4點要報到，在現場等到晚上9點多還沒有病房，護理師只丟了一句，等樓上護理站指示，請問你們要一個準備開刀的人在走廊等4.5個小時合理嗎？ 護理師一問三不知態度還一副欠他錢的樣子⋯⋯，真的是有夠誇張，旁邊騎車5分鐘就有國泰醫院，專業度跟護理師態度就好很多，沒事別去南門，有看到留言的算你幸運，趕快繞道去國泰吧。
然後南門醫院如果要回我複製貼上的罐頭訊息就免了，看了更不舒服，努力增加自己的專業跟服務態度吧。

The surgery has been arranged for a long time. I have to report at 4:00 pm at the expected time. There is no ward at the scene until 9:00 pm. The nurse just left a sentence and waited for the instructions from the nursing station upstairs. Is it reasonable to wait 4.5 hours in the hallway? The nurse seemed to owe him money when he asked three questions.... It's really exaggerated. There is Cathay Pacific Hospital within 5 minutes by bicycle. The professionalism and the attitude of the nurse are much better. If you see the message, you are lucky. Hurry up and go to Cathay Pacific.
Then, if Nanmen Hospital wants to return the canned message I copied and pasted, it will be avoided. It will be even more uncomfortable to read. Try to increase your professionalism and service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去過了許多家醫院，第一次遇到這麼令人生氣的求診經驗。因朋友受傷要急診來縫針傷口。身上的傷口都讓人疼痛到不舒服還遇到櫃檯小姐一臉不耐煩，態度非常差。對著病人講話一點禮貌都沒有。那種口氣…感覺像欠她的一樣。啊不想上班還是沒有時間休息？身為櫃檯人員就該有那種友善，活潑的對待人家吧…超級不爽的。再也不會來這家了！非常失望?
Having been to many hospitals, this is the first time I have encountered such a maddening experience. Because of a friend's injury, he had to go to the emergency room for stitches. The wounds on the body were painful and uncomfortable, and the lady at the counter looked impatient and had a very bad attitude. It's not polite to speak to a patient. That tone...felt like I owed her. Ah, don't want to go to work or don't have time to rest? As a counter staff, you should have the kind of friendly and lively treatment of others... super upset. Will never come here again! Very disappointed ?

2 hours late in the appointment given to me.
No air-conditioning 100% humidity in the middle of COVID.
I just left. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in my staying in taiwan as forienger worker i recommend this hospital to all filipino worker here in taiwan,why? because they have a filipino doctor,we can tell them what problem we have,and my own experience when i confine a couple days all staff are so kind,they care you as you needed, but not in the cashier ?. and we thank you so much, taiwan and all staff in this hospital ?
