★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of the high speed rail, the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a station. I use the HSR frequently, but found the staff at this particular station to be rude and incompetent. I will definitely take the MRT from 南港 to Taipei Main Station to avoid these people, since I've never had any issues there before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is clean and well managed. Next to the station you will find the Global Mall, shopping mall where you will find restaurants and shops. You can spend an hour or two before you move on to your destination. Comfy to sit and take a rest there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Nangang train station I was told forcefully and rudely that I could not board a train to Tainan, and should take the high speed rail instead. Online Taiwan rail schedule disagrees. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rail, high speed rail, metro, shuttle, and bus. What a traffic hub! With the whole station complex finished with hotel, office, and shopping mall, the nearly done pop music concert hall and related facility should make this location one of the must visit sites. The plaza is suitable for all kinds of crowd activities. Looking forward to future event that’s planning to be held here.
