★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to visit! You are going to see lots of local people who spend their time there, reading books; very impressive! I carried my own tablet PC with some papers to read. I spent 2 hours there and had tasty lunch in the basement. Very clean and pleasant place! Just show your passport at the entrance, then you will be very welcomed! I must be there next time too! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The library has 5 floors total, you can NOT bring books inside, there will be a backpack check upon entering.
Personal laptop is allowed.
Lockers are by the side and free to use.
Great seats inside the library.
There's a 7-11 and a Cafe (Psalms Cafe) right here for food and beverages. If you want lunch or dinner somewhere else you have to walk 10 minutes or so to find a place, because around the library area is the "administrative zone", lots of government buildings etc...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resourceful and abdominal of books, periodicals, newspapers, and more to browse in this library. Well managed with helpful staffs. Many people come here for studies. There are also many foreign magazines and books. At B1, there are 7-11 and coffee shop to rest. No food and your own books are allowed.

Huge, clean and i saw many Taiwanese study hard here atleast i cant read their book(i cant speak Chinese) . I am foreigner but We can make libriary card if you have passport. They are kind :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressive library on 5 floors. Get a free and cute library card at the entrance, ID or passport required. You can bring your bag and water, but no food, someone will check it at the entrance. If you need, free locker at the entrance! 7/11 and a cafe/restaurant at the basement. The WiFi is not great, so if you need internet you'll need to hotspot with your phone. Outlet on the tables. I loved exploring the 5 floors, really unique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large library with lots of places to sit and study/work/read. Most of the tables have power outlets. The chairs aren't super comfortable. The WiFi could definitely be faster but at least it was stable.
You need a library card to get in. There's a counter just inside the main entrance where you can apply for a library card. You need a passport or ARC card, and you can link your library card to your easycard. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
At the moment masks are required at all times!
