★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/4號買的鞋子，說明可以一禮拜內可以換貨，因小孩沒有一起，無法非常確切的判斷，所以當下也詢問了是否可以換貨，當下服務人員說一禮拜內可以換，當天回家立馬給孩子試穿，稍顯大一點，4/5號換貨，當下是新人需要詢問主管，有換到貨，但主管的服務態度反倒叫人不敢恭維，是不太好的一次換貨經驗
