★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shopping centre with Japanese-centric shops. Beautiful outdoor terrace with seating area to relax in-between. Has a good Japanese supermarket in the centre the basement for fresh sushi and bento sets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool elegant shopping mall with different from the norm shops and a good mix of eateries. We tried the small Teppanyaki restaurant, and it was very good, and inexpensive compared to the norm. Convenient location adjacent to Taipei 101 & definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with this new shopping centre. It is poorly designed and does not cope well with crowds. On the first floor, there is a fire exit and pillar at the bottom of the escalators....The shops are all quite standard. There are several Breeze malls in the vicinity and its all very similar. The saving grace is the big supermarket and food Hall in the basement. I would not recommend this shopping centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the hisoshimayaki restaurant at the dining floors. Had a long wait, but the reception didn't offer a seat for my pregnant wife. Food quality is very poor here, nothing similar to their Fukuoka original restaurant. Only the imported wagyu beef tasted legit. Not recommended for visitors looking for authentic Japanese cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork chops was pretty nice, but most part was too fat. And the seafood rice-don was a nightmare, especially the lobster, which tasted so not fresh that they had to squeeze so much mayonnaise to cover the taste.
Would not pay the second visit for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure about the shops but one thing is for sure: excellent place to chill and enjoy the best view Xinyi area has to offer. Better yet, grab a cup of baskin-robbins and admire the 101 building across the street. Not a bad way to kill an afternoon. In terms of shopping, they’re very Japanese. Saw some brands that I thought were only available in Japan.
