Every time I go here they try to convince me that me car needs something that it clearly doesn't need. They refuse to listen to the requests I make and consistently harass my wife about issues they claim need to be fixed because they don't seem to respect when I say no thanks. I am surprised that such a big company is so utterly dishonest and pushy. Not to mention SLOW. Why in earth does it take 2 hours to get an oil change?
