NISSAN 淡水服務廠

因在農曆新年汽車發電機故障，事實上大年初二都放假中根本一般保養廠也都休息，不得已只能請道路救援拖車拖到原廠做修理，原以為只能做基本零件修復，其它若須更換就可能等過完年才能予以修復，所幸那天有技師值班，而最重要的事，發電機備品剛好剩下一個，連同電池也一併換掉，總共花了約萬元，將近中午時間才修護完畢，這中間等待的過程，並沒有任何的懊惱，因為車子到了一定的年限，零件的故障是可預期的，感謝那天值班人員的幫忙及時幫助解決問題，回到娘家已是快1400分了，真是 佛菩薩保佑，感恩這一切的所有人，對於服務廠更是由衷的感謝！

因為朋友想買車而一起去看 接待我們的黃姓業務真的真的是 非常親切也非常誠懇 課長也是很親切 業務帶我們試車的時候全程無怨無悔的待在我們身邊 而且都會盡全力滿足我朋友希望測試的項目 而且聽得出來也不會是連哄帶騙的想要你立刻付款買車 而是真的會從客戶角度去著想 我覺得未來如果我買車 真的會因為Nissan的服務讓我有80%機率選Nissan 但是從實際層面看 Nissan的新車推出速度我覺得真的是…很慢 很多人可能會從一波新車比較後直接捨棄買Nissan 希望這點可以改進 但因為這篇是評論淡水服務廠 所以滿分沒問題??

Professional technicians to thoroughly check the issues of the car even during the lunar new year period. Reasonable price with efficient service which really helped me a lot!

I bought my new Nissan from this dealership. Everything was okay until they had to fix some damage on the front wing. The workmanship was very poor, but one of the office managers just wanted me to accept the poor finishing. After a lot of complaining, the general manager of the workshop was contacted. He immediately said it was a bad fix and agreed to do it again. To be fair, the second fix was okay. I kept using the garage for my services until their professional car cleaners damaged the plastic trim on my car. While they were blackening the plastic trim for NT$600, they somehow created rough patches on the side of the car and over the wheel arches. At first, it was hard to notice all of the damage because the trim had an extra thick coat of blackening solution. After a couple of months, I could see the real extent of the damage. In addition to the rough patches, I can see many areas around the car where the black plastic trim has lost it color. I can only assume the wrong product was used on the trim because I can see drip marks that lighten the the color. Now, I feel it is too late to complain. Moreover, I don’t think the damage can be easily fixed. Before Tamsui Nissan did this work, the plastic trim was in good condition. It just needed to be darkened with the right product. I plan to keep my car for a while, but when I decide to sell the car, I’m sure this damage will reduce the price. To avoid further damage or problems, I have decided to get my car serviced in Taipei. It seems the Taipei dealerships work to a higher standard. Not sure I will buy a Nissan in the future.
