★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員很有禮貌，但是我不明白，基本保養，技師也打電話給我了，說大約11:30會好，接待人員也預估11點左右，所以我跟快遞約1點收快遞，目前12:55了，我還在車廠，然後沒有任何人跟我說為什麼普通保養，在沒有二次聯絡的情況下（沒有二次聯絡應該代表沒有其他東西要換要修）還會時間落差那麼大（我相信11:30這個時間技師自己一定也有抓一些安全範圍）

For basic maintenance, the technician also called me and said that it would be good at about 11:30, and the reception staff also estimated that it would be around 11 o’clock, so I and the courier will receive the courier at about 1 o’clock. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一樣是原廠（正廠）選到老鳥師傅還是有差別，可以捨棄板橋廠，中和廠，跑到新店廠維修，親身體驗還是有差別。感覺新店廠親切。
