基本上霸味的口味都不錯 差別就在於食材 缺點: 米血:在口感跟口味來說~應該是用不新鮮來形容比較恰當 麵線:麵線調味完上面加一點油蔥…有點死鹹,加了一點辣醬跟豆乳醬才中和一點(之前吃過不知道哪一間的麵線,上面有蒜末跟蔥花,真的好吃) 凍豆腐:口感跟口味也是不新鮮……很像赤裸裸放在冷凍風乾的感覺,冰箱味加上很乾很乾 不像薑汁的薑汁:因為個人喜歡薑味濃一點的薑母鴨湯,所以額外加點薑汁 一小匙要價50元…… 然後顏色很怪就算了,也完全不是薑汁的味道 我想說不知道是不是自己的錯覺 吃完後去市場買了一罐薑汁…… 一罐80元,而且是真的薑汁還有一點纖維在裡面 貴店薑汁一小匙50元,我覺得真的沒什麼,畢竟我知道價格後堅持買一匙 但用這種不知道是不是真的薑汁的薑汁來賣一匙50…… 不覺得有點超過嗎? 高麗菜高山的現在一斤10~15元 貴店2~3片高麗菜葉子賣50 賺錢是應該的,但不是像宰肥羊一樣吧… 難怪別間薑母鴨生意都爆滿,唯獨你們很多空桌…… 以上高麗菜菜價跟薑汁價格,都是吃完貴店後 隔幾個小時親自去鳳農市場購買的價格
