這一碗排骨酥麵相當好吃，不輸豐原的那一家
排骨酥相當入味，且十分好咀嚼
一咬骨肉很容易分離
湯的味道是香醇濃厚的醬油及大骨高湯
配上清爽豆芽菜
麵體也算滑Q
可以讓人吃光光還意猶未盡
實在是很好吃的一碗麵
價位算中等價，這一碗排骨酥麵80元
也可以選擇米粉或冬粉
麵也有白麵及黃麵兩種
看其他客人也不少人點飯類
應該也是表現不差
