Y	Yuan Hsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桌合菜6000元，完全是沒有料理特色的菜肴，第一道菜冷盤內容物生魚片，粉肝跟香腸、雞肉就純切盤油雞、蝦子雖然新鮮但純清炒沒特色、滷豬腳就單純是豬腳連個筍乾或梅干都沒有、鐵板煎鱈魚如果加個豆酥還更有誠意，鱈魚還過乾鹹、竹筍排骨湯是號稱是冬筍，湯頭清淡無味、鐵版的切塊牛排也就是完全沒特色的牛排肉，整桌最精心料理的就只有麻油腰子雞睪丸，最後來的就是清炒高麗菜，連個蝦米都沒有何況是櫻花蝦！雖然總共10道菜，但質感CP值比熱炒店還不如，平均一道菜要算600元，但我想那ㄧ餐的成本利潤應該可以賺到超過4000元了吧！ The table combination dish costs 6,000 yuan, which is a dish with no cooking characteristics. Although there are 10 dishes in total, the CP value of texture is not as good as that of hot stir-fry restaurants. The average dish costs 600 yuan, but I think the cost and profit of that meal should be more than 4,000 yuan!
