The older lady is super nice, offered me candy while I was waiting for my onion pancake. The pancake itself was great. The dough was crispy on the outside and yet chewy in the middle. The egg was moist and the sauce goes really well with the dough and egg. It's a bit greasy but that's just the trade off for getting the crispy dough.
