泡菜帶點脆，味道比南京東路五段的柯家和景美夜市的阿昌相比，比較入味。
豆腐沒有炸的酥脆，有些可惜，老闆會淋點蒜泥但不夠味，不過醬汁倒還好吃，微甜不會死鹹。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我只有點臭豆腐，所以只評論這項。豆腐不夠酥脆，泡菜不入味而且還有些生的菜味。服務態度普通畢竟是夜市本來也不會太要求。價錢$50算是便宜了，可我寧可付$60而吃到好吃的臭豆腐。
