★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前都在這購買學校的服裝，這次去幫孩子再買長褲，之前買的已經太短了。剛開始是一位年輕的妹妹幫我服務，孩子在試穿第二次的時候，有個男子就在外面說試穿好就可以出來了。（很不耐煩的口氣）就還沒穿好是要怎麼出來啦！店裡就我跟孩子而已，沒有其他的客人。不知道是在趕什麼？之後因要改長度，所以隔天再過去拿。我直接找那位妹妹說我要拿3件長褲，之後那男子就說要找我拿，我是老闆。（口氣很不好）以前是老闆娘跟一位阿嬤在服務。換成這位的態度，讓我狠無言……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客人有時侯很 無理取鬧，買冬天制服快換季要來店家退換，真的很無言，如果是購買一星期內換取店家一定無條件 更換，可是客人不拿來換，等到客人想到才要拿來更換。試問有哪一家店家可以接受呢？
如果改天客人小孩國一開學買多沒穿等到要畢業是不是也要拿來更換嗎？
