★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟垃圾一樣，早早就訂的商品竟然不知道什麼時後會到，更扯的是店員說當天才會知道自己會進哪些東西，店員一副理所當然的表情更讓人火大。
 Like rubbish, the goods that were ordered early did not know when they would arrive. What's more, the clerk said that he would know what items he would buy on the same day. The clerk's natural expression made people even more angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 門市人員陳玲服務非常細心，講解清晰，辦新機過程流暢而仔細，需要與不需要的也能依照客戶需求予以建議與處理。是一次很愉快的辦新機體驗。
The store staff Chen Ling's service is very attentive, the explanation is clear, the process of setting up a new machine is smooth and careful, and what is needed and not needed can also be suggested and dealt with according to customer needs. It was a very pleasant experience with a new machine.

中華電信服務處 很可惜人滿為患 等櫃檯的服務人員 要漫漫長路的等待，不過mod 多人沙發倒是滿驚豔我的，中華電信的使用者過多 服務員倒是可以處理你的問題超級無敵久，有任何問題不建議透過電話詢問 服務單位一通電話 需要等待超級恐怖的久 還要聽電腦虛擬人物的一堆問題與多到爆炸行銷介紹，還是喜歡以前的通過0或9 直接轉專人 詢問你的問題 幫助你解決。家裡的網路7天免費試用 等我到了門市 剛好超過一天 已經被綁約2年 光拆機的費用需要3千多 等於我直接免費使用5個月唄！還比較經濟實惠。至於瑞芳服務處我討厭、痛恨到腦細胞爆錶，中華電信營業與經營太久 超級多的問題 幾十年都無法改善 只能認命囉！至於想申訴瑞芳處的問題 還是只能直接到瑞芳 找櫃檯或該處的主管階。電話找客服 很多問題還是需要直接到門市才能處理。電腦還回答 因為疫情政府的1922專線需要中華電的支援（心裡的os……直接再透過網路與報紙徵人 不是直接就處理問題了，為什麼理由與藉口 多翻天，所以中華電主管其實完全不適任嗎？那調職後 還不是直接升官 薪水與職務頭銜 聽起來高到我的下巴掉到地板……）
