今天輪班的兩位櫃檯人員辛苦了,服務業客人一個接一個來可能連上洗手間時間都沒有,離開一下急性子客人就抱怨了,之前來這邊繳費經驗都算不錯。

東西價格標示不清楚。人員又少。現場4.5個客戶在等一個人員躲在後台不知道在衝三小。 客服信箱根本沒有針對實體據點問題反應的選項。想唬爛人覺得好像有在處理也認真點好嗎

繳費與業務都是相同的櫃檯,不像中華電信或台灣大哥大會有不同的便利方式,難怪客戶少,也想叫家人換掉吧!常常還會收訊不好與斷線!
