從以前每次去買，就覺得衛生條件欠佳，
在不積極改善我有考慮要請衛生局關切督導了，
免得那天有人吃壞肚子。
When I bought oily rice at noon, I felt unusually sticky and had a weird smell. I suspected that I bought improperly preserved overnight rice.
