老闆總是熟練的從鍋子舀出應該是麵粉漿灑到熱鍋上煎蛋餅,蛋餅的皮是厚Q的那種,不是薄薄一片的皮放到熱鍋下去煎的那種?,真的好香口感好好,好好吃?(油了點),份量蠻大的老婆只吃的下一個,我每次都要吃兩個??才過癮(記得加辣椒醬味道絕配) 水煎包也好好吃?,我都吃高麗菜的⋯外皮也是香Q,內餡菜軟硬適中?⋯另外還有韭菜的沒試過⋯ 豆漿好喝,喝得出用心的感覺?(不是粉泡的豆漿味糖水)⋯老闆娘說他們用的黃豆很不錯喔?⋯其實我也不知道黃豆好不好差別在哪裡???⋯喝得出用心就好了? 蛋餅跟煎包經常銷售一空,不過老闆會在煎給你,有一次真的太晚了要收攤了,老闆娘很有趣的要我看他們門口的招牌「早點」⋯頓時間我豁達了?⋯大笑???⋯這麼多年來我懂了⋯謝謝開示
