★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為什麼預付卡儲值需要報申請人的姓名?全中華民國只有這裏是這樣操作,請問到便利超商購買的儲值卡也需要報申請人姓名嗎?真是當官的欺負第一線的工作人員!
不要說是要確認資料,要確認資料是否正確,不是擺姿態要民眾報上申請人姓名,而是要虛心委婉的請問申請人是不是(某先生、小姐),沒有一家業者比這家還爛,這都是內勤的行政人員當官的心態,完全沒有服務群眾的精神!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員態度熱心、申辦系統體驗良好,為了防疫申請門號給小朋友使用,不過就是月租99的小用戶……整個作業20分鐘完成。比起斜對面中華電信的服務,好太多了,當然一邊是新開通門號,另一邊是結束使用多年的MOD....(態度像是我欠了中華電信幾百萬一樣,沒多少人,還要處理一個小時),我真是對台灣之星要被併購覺得可惜。
