★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10下午13:22去南京全家店影印身分證+幾個小證件.店員不會排小證件位子,所以"印錯"全算在客戶身上.因需要COPY兩份店員不知為何不直接按兩次而選擇用影印的再COPY使得 >非常不清楚.回到家後又發現少放駕照上去影印害得我得又出門跑一趟去重印!! :'( 雖然沒幾個錢可是因他們的不專業浪費客戶時間實在很讓人火大.希望貴店家能教導店員如何使用影印機.否則乾脆不要提供影印這服務也OK.

在台東觀光夜市買了地瓜酥要寄給家人，就到最近的全家問店員有沒有空箱子，結果一位林姓女店員馬上幫我找一個箱子。在我列印寄貨單的時候，她幫我把東西放進箱子之外還幫我把箱子割成跟東西差不多的大小黏好，真的超貼心！（覺得他可能想說地瓜酥用太大的箱子裝會用碎）
覺得真的很難得遇到那麼貼心服務又超級好的店員～
