★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 春天的花開美景，週末的人潮眾多，每個角落都是滿滿的市民，難得看到沒有疫情陰霾的週末。還是有些王八烏龜們，帶狗來公園不牽繩，因為根本沒人抓沒人管。
 Spring flowers are blooming beautifully, there are many crowds on weekends, and every corner is full of citizens. It is rare to see a weekend without the haze of the epidemic. There are still some bastard turtles who bring their dogs to the park without a leash, because no one catches them and no one cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常油的公園，但地上的止滑做的很好，沒有摔跤，走在周圍步道上都有一種很屑的感覺，不時會聽到嘲諷般的笑聲和pekopeko的叫聲。
Very oily park, but the anti-slip on the ground is well done, there is no wrestling, and walking around the trails has a very disgusting feeling, and from time to time I hear mocking laughter and pekopeko calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是新北市特色共融遊戲場和綠意盎然的公園，有草地步道、國立台灣圖書館、籃球場，適合居民運動健走的好去處。
It is New Taipei City's characteristic co-existence playground and green park. There are grass trails, the National Taiwan Library, and a basketball court. It is a good place for residents to exercise and go for a walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the many light forest parks within new taipei city that is quite packed with amenities and functions. Gives a bit of a new age tech to star-wars feel at the sight of the stadium like staircases. Even after a rain day visit, the No. 4 park is quite a nice place for all ages, where also stands the National Taiwan Library. Lots of restaurants surrounding the park and coming through the path from the nearby accessible YongAn Night Market MRT, for super convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the first look it's a great park, which is one reason why I moved here. Turns out it is the noisiest park I've ever seen. Regular events with loud music, old people singing karaoke all day, you name it.
The whole park seems to be run by autistic people who don't spend one second to think about the people living nearby.
