★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辦了家用699吃到爆，簽約前拍胸脯保證至少30M以上，結果帶回家（民義街101巷）發現根本10M不到，打給客服說希望能處理訊號問題，客服暫時無法解決，結果再回這個門市，人員說我沒有前三天反應（簽約後五天反應客服，工程師第七天回電無法解決問題，第11天回門市反應）要解約要違約金。
門市人員還說怎麼可能民義街訊號不好。
總之
簽約前還是小心被話術
