雖然簽約當日Davis無法出席，轉達細節給另為Joyce代為協助交屋，再此也特別感謝Joyce !
It was my first time to rent a house in Taipei, and I was fortunate to be led by your Davis salesman. Although there were some uncontrollable episodes in the house inspection, the salesman was very polite and patient in answering my concerns and providing solutions, effectively serving as the relationship between me and the landlord. With a good communication bridge, a consensus was quickly achieved between the two parties. It only took two days from ordering to signing the contract.
Although Davis was unable to attend the signing day, he conveyed the details to another Joyce who assisted in handing over the house on his behalf. Special thanks to Joyce!
