每次都有不同的驚喜,今年第一道就是我最喜歡的松露玉子清湯,湯裡面看得出做出的用心,食材的細緻真是感動!
海膽干貝魚子醬,口感細膩鮮甜配上爽口的小白蘿蔔,真妙!
海戰車可遇不可求,第一次生食口感果然不同凡響,不愧是吃龍蝦的戰車?
海釣的真鯛,果真爽脆配上現磨山葵,絕妙!
今天吃了三種以上的海蝦,哈哈?吃儍了果然記不得名字,哈哈哈!
連最後的提拉米蘇都非常的有水準,太完美了!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 即興創作的無菜單日式料理,再加同樣厲害的混搭法式餐點。食材新鮮,黑鮪魚好好吃,魚鰾、魚肝完全沒味道。真的還好早早就訂位了,否則又不知要等多久之後了!???

想去吃的...有幾個建議可分享
1.這家的特色是結合日本料理跟法式料理。。我個人給高評價的其實是法式料理餐點。。前菜..主菜跟甜點表現,讓人有驚艷感,但也許是因為在日本料理中吃到法餐吧。。哈哈。。----我個人給這個搭配不錯的高評價。
2.來這家吃,吃2000元的入門價位即可。。主因這個價位的總道數約在12~15道(含法餐),日料跟法料的搭配較均衡(生熟食)。。若吃到2500或3000的,基本上,增加的全都是生食為主(總道數17~18),口感缺乏變化,會有點麻木(不同的生魚片,但口感味道差異變很小很小)。。。你會很希望師父下一道上來的是熟食。
3.會只給3顆星的原因,我個人是吃3000元的,卻因日料生食缺乏變化,而扣了不少分數,讓人覺得每一道都差不多。。希望日料的處理,可以更有變化些。
玫瑰龍蝦這道料理方式,我個人覺得最可惜,龍蝦肉用生食,其實吃起來還不如甜蝦好吃,我其實是期待龍蝦是用半隻烤給我吃的啊........哈哈

2. Come to this restaurant for an entry price of 2,000 yuan. . The main reason is that the total number of dishes at this price is about 12-15 (including French food), and the combination of Japanese and French food is more balanced (raw and cooked food). . If you eat 2500 or 3000, basically, all the increase is mainly raw food (total number of dishes 17~18), the taste lacks change, it will be a little numb (different sashimi, but the difference in taste and taste becomes very small. ). . . You would very much hope that the next thing Master will come up is cooked food.
3. The reason why I will only give 3 stars, I personally ate 3000 yuan, but because of the lack of changes in the daily raw food, I deducted a lot of points, which makes people feel that each dish is similar. . I hope that the handling of Japanese materials can be more varied.
I personally feel it is the most regrettable way of cooking rose lobster. The lobster meat is eaten raw. In fact, it tastes not as good as sweet shrimp. I actually expect that the lobster will be grilled for me with half a lobster... .Ha ha
