然後會被管委會氣10，重點是還無可奈何。
管理費又超貴，也沒有該有的管理，還有每個月繳車位清潔費，但我始終不明白我車位下的落葉已經在那邊好幾個月了(好幾個月了!!!!不是幾天而已)，始終沒有人來掃，我不知道我的清潔費到底繳到哪裡去了????
然後還不斷新增一堆擾民的規則，還有一堆莫名其妙的鄰居
1. 明明在客廳看電視，沒有走動，卻被樓下鄰居檢舉很吵??警衛還會打電話來關心你是否有穿拖鞋走路! 鄰居在電梯看到你，還會要求你去買軟墊呢^_^ 不然就是要你去買更厚的室內拖鞋呢^_^ 真是個好鄰居^_^ 這麼關心我在家裡的行為，還有我家的家具布置呢^_^
2. 有時候還可以在社區的大門裡面，看到電影情節的鬥毆事件，都不用去電影院看電影惹
3. 外加有講話很有趣的總幹事^_^
再來就是汽車格不能停機車??????? 我沒有停汽車，但我不能停機車?????? 如果在汽車格停機車，辣ㄍ很有趣a社區主委(^_^)就給你拍照，然後印出來貼在電梯和社區的每一個佈告欄(是每一個佈告欄喔^_^)，告訴你「不准停，你再繼續停，他就把你的車用大鎖鎖起來，再罰你錢喔」阿最好笑的是，機車格竟然可以停腳踏車???????? 一個機車格停一台機車+無數台的腳踏車都不會有事喔，就算你的腳踏車超出車格了，也沒事喔???????????? 我在汽車格停一個機車沒有超出車格卻不行捏??????
尼各位評評理，這4什麼____社區????(我不知道要形容詞來形容最貼切)???????????
