★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前去這間門市辦近900元月租費，門市人員竟給一支入門款低階爛機，使用常出問題和訊息傳不過去，去門市找店長理論，竟推說是個人使用不當造成的，客人對店長大聲，店長竟對客人大吼，叫警察來把客人趕走，說影響門市生意，服務業竟用這種態度對待客人，事後也無誠意致歉，真是惡劣店家和店長，致電客服，客服很有誠竟的致歉，這種店長服務態度根本不配當店長，無親和力和顧客至上的做法，把遠傳的名聲都毀了，希望大家去這間門市辦理，小心被騙。
Two years ago, I went to this store for a monthly rental fee of nearly 900 yuan. The store staff actually gave an entry-level low-end machine. Frequent problems and messages can’t be passed through. I went to the store to find the store manager for the theory. Due to improper reasons, the customer shouted at the store manager, the store manager yelled at the customer and called the police to drive the customer away, saying that it would affect the store’s business. The store manager, call the customer service, and the customer service apologizes very sincerely. This kind of store manager's service attitude is not worthy of being a store manager. The non-affinity and customer-oriented approach have ruined the reputation of Yuan Chuan. I hope everyone can go to this store to handle it and be careful. cheat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK I've been with this same company for over ten years. literally had a prepaid and then went here to get a real phone back in 2009. Since I was a "foreigner" I had to pay an entire year up front before they would allow me a contract. Since then I have never missed a payment and always go in on time to renew my contract- never been an issue.
Until I wanted another sim card for my daugjters GPS tracker. First it was that I didn't have my passport...though they have multiple copies of mine on file. Then it was no Taiwan ID # since ARC doesn't share the same sequences, though it's what I've always used. Then they just flat out told me I'm a foreigner. Frustrated walked down to a major place 20 minutes away. STILL wouldn't sell me a contracted sim card buy happily sold me a GPS watch for 5k upfront and 36 month contract.
OK, sure. watch is all in Chinese no option for English.. ok....don't mind but the APP that I have to use in order to operate it for my daughter ALSO doesn't have an English option and to top it off it's in SIMPLIFIED Chinese!
Go online Google play check their app rating most hold 2 stars and is EXPLICITLY said the reason is lack of English. they replied 4 years ago and haven't done a thing to change.
hey if you know how to navigate this watch app I'd love some help. no one there could help me and believe me my Chinese is NOT Terrible.
