一句話總結 怪獸與他們的產地? 設備很完整比台北一堆要會員的健身房還棒 沒有炫目的燈光 繁瑣的注意事項 要怎麼健就怎麼健 槓鈴啞鈴練到力竭的時候也能放心摔 喜歡傳統健身房的人一定要來的地方 其他評論說甚麼設備舊還是怎樣 可是這邊有三組深蹲架跟好幾組的臥推和下胸臥推架 臥推椅有四個還是五個很充足 啞鈴從1KG到30KG都有 而且還有CABLE跟滑輪機 不管是要健身還是要健力三項都沒問題 看這邊的巨巨就知道設備舊根本不是問題 來這邊的朋友們素質都很好 不會有人在機器上滑手機浪費時間 大家都加緊時間變強壯 還有碳酸鎂止滑粉讚讚 沒有跑步機滑步機等等心肺運動的機器 旁邊就是超大操場要做有氧很多人都會去外面 自備跳繩還是走路跑步的 所以有沒有心肺機器其實沒差 自台北來這邊算是開了眼界 外縣市區來想找健身房的話唯一推薦 練腿練胸練肩練背都可以練得超爽

從高中到研究所畢業,每次想要動一動的時候就會想到這邊,除了器材齊全、不需收費外,旁邊還連接著標準八道的400公尺操場,雖然器材稍為舊了些,但完全不影響訓練的成效,這邊人也都相當nice,很樂意分享訓練方式。 (溫馨提醒:要來運動的,記得多帶一條毛巾來,別把汗水留在器材上了,旁邊也有簡易置物櫃喔~^ _ ^
