★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 太誇張了！我剛剛去這邊的ATM領錢，前面已經有一個客人領不到錢了，還沒有店員跟顧客說機台故障無法提款先不要用，要等那個客人跟我說小姐不要領錢但我已經領下去了，我跟店員反應問他要怎麼處理，他直接說不干我們的事，叫我們自己找國泰銀行或是打客服？
廢話！這些我當然知道啊我在意的是前面已經有客人反應故障了，為什麼不要提醒客人或貼故障標示，讓我們顧客那麼不便，態度也很奇怪直接說不關我們的事
too exaggerated! I just went to the ATM here to collect money. There was already a customer who couldn’t get the money. No clerk told the customer that the machine failed to withdraw the money. I have already received it. I responded to the clerk and asked him how to deal with it. He directly said not to do our business and asked us to contact Cathay Bank or call customer service.
