店内有名的就是意麵，乾麵麵Q配以燙過的豆牙菜與韮菜，加上醬油與肉燥，很搭配好吃。
若不想吃乾的，也可點湯意麵，也是非常的好吃。
甜不辣也不錯吃，米血、菜頭、甜不辣都很好吃，湯很好喝帶有些菜頭香與甜味，若還喝不夠，可請老闆再添加。
燕餃湯也是湯類不錯選擇。燕餃是老闆手工製作的。
青菜是燙地瓜葉，地瓜葉有選過，還給蠻嫩的。
若還没有飽足感，建議來顆肉粽吧。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃起來跟外面的意麵很不一樣，加了香菇跟肉絲，而且麵不是那種傳統意麵比較細比較軟，雖然不是我愛的那一味但其實也蠻好吃的，改天再來試試他的肉粽跟肉圓，老闆很親切，位在三合夜市的頭☺️
