This building is listed as a national historic building, and it retains the complete construction skills of the Japanese Occupation period. The building structure and decoration are exquisite, especially the stone washing, grinding stones, stigma clay sculptures... etc., and other street houses on Xiluo Old Street present the Japanese Occupation period Commercial space and industrial space. The whole tea house building is divided into front, middle and back buildings. The front building was built in 1935 and is made of wooden bricks. The exterior looks like a two-story building. The internal entity is a three-story historic building. The building facade is exquisite and elegant, with rich changes in the detailed structure. The front parapet, rain shelter, and balcony are decorated in a mixed Western and Japanese style. The design is novel and artistic, and it is more artistic. The tea house is currently used by the Cultural and Educational Foundation as the "Yanping Old Street Cultural Center".

Jiefa Qianji Tea House, the building is divided into three front, middle and back buildings. It is a two-room (double combined) brick and wooden structure. The appearance of the second floor is actually a three-story building. The master Xu Jin personally designed it. The façade of the building is exquisite and elegant. It is an Art Deco-like architecture that was popular in Taiwan in the 1920s and 1930s. The original tea shop business ended in 1989 and was later used by the Luoyang Cultural and Educational Foundation. This will be changed to Xiluo Yanping Old Street Cultural Center to provide tourists to visit and operate the old house homestay.
