Best Japanese curry restaurant in Taiwan

J	Jui-Shin TU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonably priced. Beef was exceptionally tender. They did a great job on cooking the beef. Curry flavor was also spot-on! It has a slight kick at the end. Rice was cooked perfectly. With this price range, you might get overcooked or undercooked rice, to be honest. But apparently they take care of that as well. I also wanna mention the pickles served on the side. The spices it used made me feel like I’m in Japan. Great job guys! Keep it up.

The curry sauce mixed really well with the rice. I would prefer my egg sunny-side-up and my curry a little spicier. But holy molly, it cost 140 NTD only. What a bargain! What a treat!

Although my friend and I got there relatively late around 1PM, we still waited for about 15 mins, and it also took some time for our food to arrive. I had the chicken curry which is on the sweeter and more fruity flavor while the beef curry is spicier and garlicky. The chicken was perfectly cooked very tender. Compared to other curry places I’ve tried in Taipei, I prefer NoName because the curry is not overly seasoned but still retains all the elements for the Japanese curry.

It’s a small restaurant and fills up quick so I prefer takeout.The price is very reasonable and the curry is so good! The sauce is thick and rich, and the chicken is very soft and delicious. I highly recommend!
J	Jackson Seng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Japanese curry rice shop. Shop is very small, can only seat about 10 pax. The curry is rich and taste great. I prefer the beef curry than chicken curry. Besides beef and chicken curry rice, you could order side dishes like fried chicken, sausage and kimchi.
B	Ben Gotro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Japanese style curry. The beef curry had a decent kick and the meat pulled apart nicely. Sausage was delicious, nice hint of honey. Very tiny spot, so best for couples... We had to wait 15 minutes for a seat, but food came quickly. Price point was affordable, around $150 per person before sausage. Will come back!
