★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Taiwan seafood cuisine with local history establishment. Meaning not great environment and need a Taiwan friend for guidance. But the food/price ratio is high on the CP chart. Easily large portions that requires doggie bag. Great for large groups and atmosphere with local people that’s loud and smoking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I were in the area and wasn't sure what to eat - we walked past Nong Lai and decided to give it a shot. 金沙, a mixture of fried salty egg yoke and garlic, is pretty much my favorite Taiwanese seasoning so naturally when I saw jin sha ribs, I went for it! I highly highly recommend 金沙排骨 from here - the tofu and fired rice were very good as well! What an awesome find!
Note that it's quite popular, so if you have a large group, make sure to make reservations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste ok..but the service needs to improve.. like we have to wait for 2 hour for the pig trotter.. waiteress should inform in advance in such case.. eat finish for half and hour and still the dish has to wait for another 30 mins..

Not only can you taste the traditional flavor , but also the fusion cuisine created by master Law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good atmosphere to enjoy Taiwanese dishes. Excellent service, too. We had 11 dishes during our visit. The dish I enjoyed the most was the crispy fried pork（金沙排骨）for its rich flavour from the addition of mashed egg yolks.
However, I found the other dishes quite flavourless, and they seemed to have been assembled with supermarket frozen packets.
Regardless, this is a great place to held gatherings with 10+ people. Liquor is available too.
